About The LINC Online
First launched in 2005, and evolving ever since, The LINC Online is the
definitive website for young people in Wigan Borough.
The site was created and is maintained by the Youth Information team at
Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust, the same friendly folk who bring you The
LINC magazine. The team work in partnership with Wigan Council's
Children and Young People's Services to provide information to young
people on issues that are important to them.
