The Play Section provide a wide range of Play activities for children all across Wigan and Leigh.

We have three Play teams:
 

The Play Section also have an Adventure Playground at Norley Hall. This also has a dedicated team of Playworkers who run play sessions at the Playground all year round.

The Play Section also manage all the Play Area’s across Wigan and Leigh. We have a dedicated team of Play Inspectors who keep the Play areas clean and safe for children to Play on all year round.

The Play section also deliver the Play Watch scheme. This is set up for local people to encourage them to become more involved with their local Play areas. Similar to Neighbourhood Watch it involves keeping an eye on Play areas and reporting any faults of problems that may arise. This enables us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
