Heritage Volunteers
Wigan’s Heritage Service has a well
developed Volunteering programme, offering opportunities for all to get
involved.
With activities as varied as providing help and advice at local and
family history sessions, to working with local community groups,
providing assistance at family events and
educational workshops, or helping with the upkeep and maintenance of the
mighty
Trencherfield Mill Engine, there is something for everyone!
Make new friends, pass on your expertise, and share your enthusiasm for
local heritage with future generations.
For further information please contact: 01942 828128, or call in at The
Museum of Wigan Life
and ask for the volunteer recruitment pack.
